  • Healthcare- Allows the agent to make medical decisions for the principle if unable to do so themselves regarding treatment, surgeries and other healthcare needs.
  • Limited- Grants the agent specific powers for a defined duration period or task. 
  • Springing- Only takes effect under certain conditions when the principal becomes incapacitated. Authority is activated only when necessary, determined by a medical professional's certification.
